“Curiosity led me to adopt and live by the belief that ‘nothing is wasted’—a belief that shapes how I see the world and my life.” -Brené Brown

“We start by worrying that we aren’t good enough, smart enough, or talented enough to get what we want. Then we voluntarily live in this paralyzing mental framework rather than confronting our own role in the paralysis.” -Debbie Millman
Today is day 61/100 of exploring this prompt: What if it all works out? ❤️ And I have started pulling cards from The Remarkable Life Deck by Debbie Millman.
The guide words for April are my monthly reminder me that two things can be true:
“The confrontation of the two positions generates a tension charged with energy and creates a living, third thing … a movement out of the suspension between the opposites, a living birth that leads to a new level of being, a new situation.”- Carl Jung

“The words we write down are experiences waiting to be born.” -Ryder Carroll
Everything we experience is unique and valuable, representing clues, lessons-learned and wisdom-earned. This includes turning points where we discover more about what we need in order to live more (and more) of what matters most to us.
No choice or personal action works out 100% like we expect. But nothing is ever wasted.
No choice or personal action works out 100% like we expect. But nothing is ever wasted. Everything we experience can become a lesson, a secret message or a clue about what we desire for our wild and precious lives.

“If you’re not prioritizing the things you say you care about, consider the possibility that you don’t actually care about those things.” -Elle Luna
Six years ago I began a progressive choice to prioritize my well-being. It was a choice I made out of necessity, riddled with questions (and very little support).
It proved to be a mile marker, a proverbial line in the sand that saved me from living the same life over and over: A living birth that lead to a new level of freedom and self-acceptance.
“Life is a collection of single moments strung together with the continuity of our hopes and experiences, our memories the glue that keep it all together.” -Susanna Conway
This year I have been focused on [freedom]—my current guide word for 2026. I have been letting go as a practice, experimenting with my daily sequences and rituals—along with pondering the future dreams I have for myself.
- lofty dreams & daily rituals
- [future versions …] what are you telling yourself, Braveheart?
- hope and joy as a practice (even when it feels impossible) ❤️
- clarity and power (progress is not linear + any day can be Day One)
Braveheart, it is true that Life can be excruciatingly challenging, riddled with despair and brokenness, heart-breaking realities and hopelessness.
- But … there is also goodness. And chronicling the goodness is a way through, a way to hold steady.
- Yesterday was an anniversary of goodness for me.
I have learned that when we are cycling into a long-awaited season of dreams coming true—ever-slowly coming into existence—it can feel a lot like falling apart. Foreign and unsettling, but at the same time, familiar and known to our soul (spirit).
“[When] you have a dream, it doesn’t often come at you screaming in your face, ‘This is who you are, this is what you must be for the rest of your life.’ Sometimes a dream almost whispers.” -Steven Spielberg

Braveheart, what has waited long enough?
I hope you will “leave some room in your heart for the unimaginable” (Mary Oliver) when you consider your answers. Life can get better … ❤️

I hope you will prioritize holding space, pen-to-paper, asking yourself about your dreams.
- Thematic 100-day practices are the ideal time to recalibrate, to process, to recover as sense of identity while slow journaling. To pay attention + make connections.
- I am learning practical steps to healing within the theme of my current 100-days practice.
- Example: [stress imprints] “unfinished stress responses stored in the body and nervous system because the body doesn’t have the safety, capacity, or support needed to complete it” (Kate Connolly).
Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart. 💗
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~
