Today being Day One of the lunar cycle + a solar eclipse, I invite you to allow today to be a new beginning and deciding micro-steps towards whatever has waited long enough for you. ♥
During a solar eclipse the Earth’s moon casts a shadow on sections of Earth, blocking (in-full or partially) the view of the Sun.
Even if you are not in the path of this eclipse, I invite you to imagine your own personal “eclipse” …
- Imagine yourself as your light source, allowing the passage of time to be like a “cover” [protective barrier] between you and what has happened within your life.
- A protective event offering you moments of respite (peace or clarity) from what has been distracting you.
- Now imagine that once the eclipse concludes you have a “clean slate” (safety) to resume (or begin again): grace and forgiveness for whatever you need; clarity where there was distraction — along with a new sense of knowing [what to do; confidence; release].
One of my grounding statements/affirmations for this lunar cycle is:
I faithfully turn the kaleidoscope of my perspective to honor my well-being.
I don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
