2024 Right Brain Planner® Annual Kit

[Braveheart, I am using a 7.5 x 9.75″-ish spiral notebook to collage elements from the 2024 Right Brain Planner® Kit for personal reference. This is my embellished cover art.]

Theme for the 2024 Kit:
Kaleidoscope Perspectives

The 2024 Kit is kindly dedicated to anyone who has lived through seasons of continuous change (personal discoveries and mingled with brokenness) — but then, continued onward through self-compassion (moment-by-moment). Beauty awaits each of us, Braveheart.

  • [Kit Focus] — Noticing Beauty (within the kaleidoscope of your living: the ongoing, ever-changing “formations” of color and meaning).

The 2024 Right Brain Planner® Annual Kit includes (74) 8.5″ x 11″ pages, divided in two (2) sections:

(1) Guide — content and principles regarding a right brain planning practice to foster your attention regarding your “constellations” [patterns, habits and rhythms] and compassion.

(2) Prompts and Template Pages — basic principles for a right brain planning practice including monthly guide words, prompts, art and themed content to provide a framework for a calendar year.

The 8.5×11″ pages of the 2024 Kit have page margins to accommodate being spiral-bind, bound in a 3-ring binder — or cut and collaged in sections using a composition notebook or other type of journal as your container.

  • Use this Kit as a digital guide or print the pages you need as you progress into your practice, and experience the calendar year of 2024.
  • A supplemental download for 2023 (that includes monthly pages for October-December) in linked in the message you will receive with your order of the 2024 Kit.

Braveheart, it is important to have language to identify what you are experiencing both emotionally and physically.

  • And to remember that “there are no positive or negative emotions, just emotions we feel when our needs are met [or not met]” (Marshall Rosenberg).

I encourage you to let go of any preconceived ideas about journaling and planning (along with any self-judgments about your past practice and attempts with right brain planning).

As you review the content and prompts of this Kit, I hope you do so with childlike wonder and openness. There are no rules, just prompts to guide you.

If you’re suddenly feeling the urge to carry on about whether or not you’re any good at “art,” if you have the time for it, or all the necessary supplies, then hear me loud and clear: You already have everything you need. If you don’t think you’re good at “art-making” call it “mark-making” anyone can make marks.

Right brain planning prioritizes stepping behind the proverbial curtain of what we are experiencing in order to compassionately [hold space] with our-selves — along with whatever we are feeling and thinking, perceiving and processing.

  • Doing so to foster self-compassion and unlock what fuels our passions and 😱 fears, joy and anger, and all the many other 🙄🥺🤪🥸 responses and emotions we co-exist with each day.

Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart.

I appreciate your interest and support.

~love & good wishes~
