“Our gorgeous fragility is nothing to be ashamed of โฆ so let’s let ourselves off the hook for somehow being magically better. Somehow you found possibility inside this life of yours. [That] looks a lot of wholeness to me.” -Kate Bowler

Braveheart, yesterday was Day 250 of the 2026 calendar year. It felt like the ideal day to envision the details of what I wanna be living in six months.
- Ko-fi patrons, I shared a free ๐ฅ download here. ๐
In 115 days we will be celebrating ๐๐ฅณ๐ Day One of a brand new calendar year: full of Day Ones, discoveries and opportunities, lunar ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ cycles and ๐๐จ๏ธ๐ทโ๏ธ seasons!
- I like counting days and celebrating new Day Ones (and any day can be a Day One). ๐
โ It is helpful to set aside a specific โฐ amount of time when we are in a season of challenge and in-between or while waiting for a specific life ๐ change or โค๏ธโ๐ฉน recovery.
This is a way to ๐ซถ hold space + envision during the waiting โณโ time. I will be adding my “dear me…” templates to my September journal booklet:

Right Brain Planner is a collection of lunar + seasonal prompts and journal-planning ideas to encourage self-compassion and review, reflection and expression, discovery and healing.
Braveheart, we learn by doing: we discover details about ourselves through dated, chronicled observations ๐โ๏ธ๐ because everything we experience is data. ๐
Data is value-neutral; it is neither “good’ or “bad”โit is merely information to use for our choices, intentions and conclusions. Remembering this helps us to live free from judgment and shoulds.
Thank you kindly for your presence here.
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~

โค๏ธ Braveheart, as the Creator/Artist of Right Brain Planner I am ever-grateful to have the opportunity to share my creative work online + support other creators! ๐ For almost 20 years I have had the privilege of sharing my art and writing about right brain planning while also hosting kindred ๐ญ๐ฝ๐๐ญ communities. โจ I consider it an absolute delight to continue this portion of my creative work (even as I retire from full-time work).
This is possible, in part, by {you} and your presence here. โค๏ธ But also because of the support of my Ko-fi patrons and the other member/subscriber communities I host.
If you already have your own system of creative journal-planning, but are interested in financially supporting my creative work, you may do so by making a donation:
