What if we still had worth on the days where no one thanked us? What if we still could become who we were meant to be, even when our best efforts weren’t noticed?

Braveheart, I share quotations here as “shorthand” regarding my journey. My focus for this year (2023) has been to belong to myself as a practice; to find the wisdom and healing in the midst of everything (the good, the bad and the ugly).
This has included a willingness to experiment and to journal into imaginary worlds; to nap in the sun and to ask for help amidst my faith in the Divine.
- It has included remaining curious and attentive to the reality that heart desires exist to guide us.
- Reminding myself that life can get better, that I can create my own world and I can free myself; that the heart-broken can come to heartfelt rest.
