Highly focused people do not leave their options open. They select their priorities and are comfortable ignoring the rest. If you commit to nothing, you’ll be distracted by everything. –James Clear
Braveheart, what are your priorities?
What details come to your mind?
Are you comfortable ignoring everything else?
Something I realized this past year is I have specific situations that derail my focus away from my priorities.
Having identified those situations, I have made it my practice to pause when those situations arise, and then honor only what matters most to me.
This month’s prompt for the Ko-fi resources is [listening]. The January download includes content, art and prompts for listening + free-writing.
- I have been listening + free-writing about how to begin to ignore and care less about “FOMO” and personal situations and habits that no longer hold value for me.
Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart.
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~
