“Journaling isn’t just about putting pen to paper; it’s about finding spaces in time and place to connect with your notebook.” @thisjojournals
Braveheart, let’s please be sure to consistently check in with ourselves and each another—and tend to what we need for our well-being (rest, stillness, creativity, nourishment, connection). K? ❤️

“Confusion, disorientation, despair—these are not signs that you are failing. They are reasonable responses to a world that feels unsteady and loud and too much, too early in the year.” -Kate Bowler
Braveheart, I am currently savoring mostly-analog days, but I am also collecting notes here on my blog (my visual journal). ❤️
Reasonable responses to “too much,” and to foster peace. ☮️
- I have been chronicling goodness as a 3-part practice and focused on the [alchemy of “purpose“].
- Focusing on Goodness is the February theme for Ko-fi resources and templates.
- I have been being intentional to begin my days s-l-o-w-l-y, mindfully as a prayer.
- I have been trusting [the ripple effect] and [navigating these times with a creative “balance”].
“2026 is the year of following through on our creative ideas and visions. It is the year of setting our creativity free and saying goodbye to doubt, fear and perfectionism.” -Cameron Nuttall
I have been chronicling the ways my right brain planning practice serves me. The way it increases my ability to be still, to breathe and be at-ease; to move away from doubt, fear and perfectionism.
❤️ I love what @thisjojournals shares about their journal practice:
“Journaling should add value to your life not become a task or a chore, so whatever you need to do – keep asking yourself; does my journal reflect someone else’s practice, or my own?” @thisjojournals
Thank you kindly for your interest in right brain planning! I am so grateful for your presence and support! ❤️
