July’s content and templates for my Ko-fi patrons is focused on [wonder] and future self journaling.

For 2026, we are focusing on [quarterly living] as a slow-and-steady option; a way to move away from 30-day (monthly) sprints. And [creative concentration] as a way of pausing, and “remembering that you have the power to let go of it at any time” (Joseph Nguyen).
“Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more.” -Charlotte Ericksson
Right brain planning (jotted notes, color vents, collage and doodles of our ponderings and dated mental wanderings) are the data + a map of our living, serving as a tangible chronicle of:
- questions and wishes
- keywords and phrases
- daydreams and nighttime dreams
- what we feel and think
- what we want to experience
- what we need to foster our well-being
- what we want to discover and learn about
- sky meditations + phases 🌙
Our right brain chronicles can become a sacred space for processing what we need and desire—space where we observe and process the data of our living to make choices (and prioritize) what matters most to us.
Tracking the goodness within our days is a pathway to joy. It is a way to self-compassionately hold space with whatever we are feeling/experiencing.

Braveheart, our emotions are messengers. It is both healing and empowering to recognize their value without becoming ruled by them.
- ➡️➡️➡️ To be grounded + mindful—to feel—and to hold space with whatever we are experiencing without telling (retelling) ourselves faulty stories based only on what we feel.
I hold space (and “edit for accuracy”) by being on the pages of my journal-planners; adding handwritten entries (and collage) for clarity and as a prayer, as a way of making my living tangible as I cycle like the 🌙 moon.
Braveheart, everything cycles.

“Sometimes surviving life’s hardest seasons looks less like finding answers and more like making room for your own humanity.” -Alex Elle
I hope you will consider joining me in community as we support one another, and find our way + equip ourselves through creativity, meditation and self-compassion.
🫂member comments and testimonials:
stronger together | motivation to create | warm & welcoming | “I was surprised to feel so relaxed and seen…” | open and authentic | “I have learned to simply resume (without shame)…”
Right Brain Planner is a collection of lunar + seasonal prompts and journal-planning ideas to encourage self-compassion and review, reflection and expression, discovery and healing.
Braveheart, we learn by doing: we discover details about ourselves through chronicled observation 👀✍️📔 because everything we experience is data. 📊
Data is value-neutral; it is neither “good’ or “bad”—it is merely information to use for our choices, intentions and conclusions. Remembering this helps us to live free from judgment and shoulds.
Thank you kindly for your presence here.
I appreciate your interest and support.

❤️ Braveheart, as the Creator/Artist of Right Brain Planner I am ever-grateful to have the opportunity to share my creative work online + support other creators! 🎉 For almost 20 years I have had the privilege of sharing my art and writing about right brain planning while also hosting kindred 👭🏽💞👭 communities. ✨ I consider it an absolute delight to continue this portion of my creative work (even as I retire from full-time work).
This is possible, in part, by {you} and your presence here. But also because of the support of my Ko-fi patrons and the other member/subscriber communities I host (via their presence, input and paid subscriptions).
