    • Compile lists, take stock of what you do/are within the hours of your dailies.
    • Identify what is working and enriching—name what is missing.

  1. Set aside time and space for this ritual.
  2. When you begin, notice of your breath.
  3. (Close your eyes, if that is comfortable for you.)
  4. Ask yourself: What do I need right now? 💗
  5. Pause, giving your full attention to listening …
  6. Write down whatever comes to your mind.
  7. Resist filtering your words. 💗
  8. Then consider some teeny, tiny actionable steps to begin living more of what you need and desire.
  9. Compile an affirming statement to speak aloud as you set an intention to honor more of what you need (without apology or justification.)
  10. Revisit your notes throughout the phases of the moon (until the next full moon).

Attention is the beginning of everything.

Change and awareness are elements of a Divine ongoing process.
