“We often complain about not feeling seen for who we really are, but my belief is that the biggest loss is when we don’t see ourselves clearly.” -Najwa Zebian

Seeing ourselves clearly helps us to be honest about the facts we are living—and eventually discover that joy is something sturdier than happiness.
Being active in a kindred community is a way to get clarity. It is why I am devoted to hosting support communities for creatives. 💗

I have been posting videos to share about how I am currently dealing with my wellness uncertainty on Instagram. 🎢 It has felt like a roller coaster ride (and 😅 cringy-vulnerable). ⬇️
BUT it has also helped me to stay in the moment and offer kindred space for those of us who are living through [it]* and doing what we must until we get to the other side.
Challenges come in all shapes and sizes, Braveheart. (Please resist comparisons or minimizing yours.)
Challenges come to us from a constant stream of outside sources on a daily basis—exasperating the connect-the-dot realities 💔 going on internally and within our personal relationships.

“You make time for what you want. If you are not prioritizing the things you say you care about, consider the possibility that you don’t actually care about those things.” -Elle Luna
Braveheart, after a lifetime of envisioning, striving and planning out the details of my life, I have come to know that meaning (experiencing audacious dreams) does not require glorifying productivity (striving and planning)—AND (most vital) art* heals + being in nature restores our peace and sense of Divine belonging. ☀️🌳☁️🦋🌼
- *Art is simply expression and it presents in countless forms: scribbles and marks; vents of color meeting emotion on the page (or imagined); hand-written notes and found words cut-and-pasted onto a page or index card; random collections of collage; inky doodles and sketches … to cite a few. 😉
Right brain planning is art + dated entries. And any day can be your Day One. 🥳
Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart. 💗
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~

⭐️ I am an artist and curator; I am one who communicates with color, found words and collage, inky marks and doodles as I cycle like the moon (as my calendar), chronicling oracles and abiding with the sky as a meditation.
⭐️ I host creative communities, safe spaces for gathering and sharing. I choose love and creativity for coping with the ongoing challenges of this world and I go to work—not because everything is fine but because I believe art heals.
