If you find yourself repeating the same patterns over and over, it’s time to take a pause and reflect.
Anne-Laure Le Cunff
I am resuming a weekly practice of sharing notes from my practice. I have been sharing details from my weekly right brain planning practice with one of the private communities I host, and it reminded me of the value + inspiration of review.
TL;DR — This week’s review/reflection as influenced and guided by [love]. ❤️ Love is ever-present, Divinely surrounding us.

💙 My guide word for this week has been [love]; love is my solace and a core value for me. It is something I have redefined many times—especially during the past two years.
- My definition needed to be edited and refined because I was, 1) unnecessarily tolerating situations “for love,” 2) ignoring what I needed for my well-being (due to a lifetime of faulty habits), and 3) A deep sense of loneliness, that started in my childhood, limited how I was able to receive love.
- It has literally taken a lifetime to understand the complexity and vitality of self-love, and how it facilitates healthy relationships and empowers living more of what matters most.
- With over six decades of experiences and landmarks in my rear view mirror, I can acknowledge that although I know love (loving; being loved) … I am still learning. 💗
- Thirty-five years of partnership with an extraordinary man is the core of what I know about love.
- I am ever-grateful for the love we share. 💗
- There has been a diverse assortment of realizations and conclusions because of love—each one leading to healing outcomes.
- Thirty-five years of partnership with an extraordinary man is the core of what I know about love.
You can be feeling everything, and still be okay. You can be a mess, and still be showing up.

Feeling everything and still showing up leads to the question: What is the meaning of this?
Life is like a puzzle. As I fill in the final spaces of my Life puzzle, I am curious and drawn to a large, framed corner that offers only a few clues regarding its missing pieces.
- Knowing what to do (to keep adding in pieces) motivates my tiny experiments.
May will include the installation of a rose garden, along with kindred times with friends, family days and play days, and preparing for a major (bittersweet) life event—all made possible because of love. ❤️
- This month includes a holiday that has always been complicated for me. Although there are memories of some heartfelt celebrations, goodness and precious memories.

Perhaps in the end, that which we seek lies within the quest itself, for there is no final knowing, only a continual unfolding and bringing together of what has been discovered.

Right Brain Planner resources are designed to support a self-paced creative practice of chronicling your story-unfolding according the rhythms of nature (instead of a constant state of busyness, feeling behind and “shoulding” yourself).
- It is an opportunity to monitor [give time and attention to] your continual unfolding, Braveheart.
Notice how there might be storylines unfolding in your life right now that quite have this easy-to-explain metamorphosis moment, but it’s still something worth telling because it’s real, and it also reminds others that they don’t have to have every storyline figured out before it’s something worth telling.

I realized that life is too f*&king short to live on auto pilot and not follow your dreams. I’m not only following my dreams…I am running towards them.

Love and nature’s wild energy renews me. I have enjoyed hours and hours outdoors this week. (The current ☀️ weather in Oklahoma is divine!) There has been a lot of ⛈️ rain—but I know it is good for the 🌳🌳🌳 trees of my little 2.5-acre-wood.
Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart. 💗
I appreciate your interest and support.

2025 Right Brain Planner theme is [Chapters 📖 The Magic of Your Story Unfolding]. I publish cyclical resources + quarterly guides with art and instructional content. ✨

⭐️ I am an artist and curator; I am one who communicates with color, found words and collage, inky marks and doodles as I cycle like the moon (as my calendar), chronicling oracles and abiding with the sky as a meditation.
⭐️ I host creative communities, safe spaces for gathering and sharing. I choose love and creativity for coping with the ongoing challenges of this world and I go to work—not because everything is fine but because I believe art heals.
❤️ Braveheart, as the Creator/Artist of Right Brain Planner I am ever-grateful to have the opportunity to share my creative work online + support other creators! 🎉 For almost 20 years I have had the privilege of sharing my art and writing about right brain planning while also hosting kindred 👭🏽💞👭 communities. ✨ I consider it an absolute delight to continue this portion of my creative work (even as I retire from full-time work).
- This is possible, in part, by {you} and your presence here. But also because of the support of my Ko-fi patrons and the other member/subscriber communities I host (via their presence, input and paid subscriptions). 🫶
