Editorial Note — Journal-planning guides represent an approximate 27-day Intensive (one lunar cycle): topic selection, research, notations, life experiments + art-making. The final writing process takes place during an approximate 3-day period. Content is gathered, sorted & organized — followed by basic edits, layout measurements and design. My goal is to visually convey a theme + inspire you to experiment with your own creative journal-planning practice + chronicle your discoveries at your own pace — (not to produce a perfectly written/edited document, despite the editor in me cringing a bit each month).

Braveheart, I believe art heals — and that art is as simple as abiding outdoors with the morning sky or jotting lists or having a favorite color. I created Right Brain Planner® because I needed a "planner" that offered space but didn't trigger my daily expectations.
