{in the release … you became}

Onward. That is my focus right now. Releasing whatever {whoever} whispers invitations to distraction {out of sync with my focus}.

As we move forward according to our own inner direction, we release others from our agendas and trust that we each are on our right paths.
~Julia Cameron

I embrace each reminder to release … for pause {and savor} … Scheduling regular times for pause and play … for ease and self-care. For love … friendships. For art {tangible and within the heart}.

Times of pause reveal the answers to those countless questions we blurt {and busily ask} as we rush through …

pause/pôz/

1. A time in which to reflect, listen for a secret message or answers to questions asked in a whisper or a spin.
2. Intentional interruption to {actively} still oneself to listen, and to abide; to embrace the gifts and whispers of quiet.
3. A temporary stop in action or speech.
4. Interrupt action or speech briefly.
Synonyms:
noun.  break – intermission – rest – stop – interval
verb.  stop – halt

That was the day she made herself the promise to live more from intention and less from habit.
~Amy Rubin Flett

Pause within our dailies allows us the opportunity to decide. To decide what we want {instead of speaking default yeses}.

I less encumbered as I abide in the midst of “growing into more as I retreat into less” — but there remain times when need to remind myself to live free; to resist shoulds and habits and live from the courage of my intentions:

To be more fluid {a flow in the direction of least inner-resistance} — and less “this is the way I have always” …

This sums up a bit of wisdom for creative planners and dreamers — and people with unicorns!

Dreamers are often misunderstood for their pursuits. We are “blamed” for how our freedom “makes” others feel; we are told we are selfish. Let us promise ourselves to serve as a witnesses to our freedom. Testifying that our freedom is a form of self-care — not selfishness … K?

Sometimes to accomplish this, it is necessary to “kill” the need for certain people’s approval — and to be a tad more vulnerable and available in order to foster relationships within a like-minded community.

Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person.
~Gerard Way

Today marks the New Moon … A marvelous time for beginning …
