Learn to go through one door and many others will open for you; try to go through five doors at once and you’ll go nowhere. ~C. Andrew Ramsey
{Going through one door} is something I — at long last! — accomplished during the month of August. It was a dual celebration for me: A complete shift in my thought patterns as well as whole-heartedly delighting in the single moments of my days.
Bonus ☛ Without guilt, worry or regret! ![]()
I realized three parts of {applying} what you {know} …
- it is a process (yes, obvious — but usually ignored)
- it requires time and practice (again, obvious but usually ignored)
- it proves to be a fabulously-liberating, perspective-changing, life-altering experience!
For some time now I have set my heart to experience my life fully. To be present in the moment I was in the midst of — and avoid being {mentally or emotionally} somewhere else!
You know what I mean … Working — and thinking about being off; resting — and thinking about exercising; eating food from a drive-thru — and thinking about nutrition!
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday. ~John Wayne
This Friday reView is a little different in format. It is more of a reView to prepare me for the next quarter than merely one week. It is a reView from a summit of accomplishment, rest and revitalization for me …
Thus, I will begin with Celebrating!![]()
Celebrating
Since all my proverbial doors were closed for August, I have the opportunity to focus on going through one door at a time. Opting for the other doors to be opened in time and avoiding the mental and physical chaos of {too much}. A {reset button} has been pressed, activating stillness and focus even in the midst of the collage of plans and ideas I have for the this quarter of my business year.

Achieving White Space
http://zenhabits.net/space/
In theory, achieving white space isn’t difficult: you remove non-essential items from your life, your workday, your surroundings, your possessions, and leave the essential items with space around them.
I just love the visual way you write. It gives me a feeling for your emotion and thoughts, not just your words.
Thank you, kindly!
