I have been bed-fast most of the past week due to MS and bronchitis. Most of that time was spent asleep and/or wondering how I would ever recover from being away my work schedule for two weeks. BUT fortunately the mystery of grace, beloved kindred and homeopathic protocols made being vertical possible today!

So-o, just in case you need a touch of grace that meets you where you are — and not leaving you where it found you … This is me extending grace and reminding you that you have done enough, that sometimes recovery takes longer than we plan and that your courage to let go of certainties will guide you through!
